Coaching
Coaching. Coaching meets leaders as people first, not roles, because how someone leads is inseparable from who they're becoming. Every engagement is built around real organizational context, not a generic curriculum.Leadership Alignment Sprint: For the leader in transition. Newly promoted, newly hired, or navigating a specific inflection point. Six one-on-one sessions, a sponsor check-in, and a closing summary built for both the leader and the organization backing them. Eight to ten weeks.Leadership Development Program: For the leader navigating real change. Restructuring, expanded scope, or being developed toward advancement. Twelve sessions, a formal coaching charter, sponsor checkpoints along the way, and a three-way close-out with leader, sponsor, and coach. Four to five months.Extended Leadership Partnership: For the senior leader or executive in a major transition. Succession, a new seat at the table, or sustained organizational change that needs sustained support to match it. Twenty-one sessions, quarterly stakeholder reviews, and ongoing progress reporting throughout. Nine to twelve months.Every engagement is scoped to the organization and the leader together, so pricing is discussed during an initial conversation.
Consulting
